Annual Meeting

The
Annual Meeting of Sam Houston Electric Cooperative Members
is held on the second Tuesday after the first Monday in November
of each year. Attending the Annual Meeting is a great way
to be actively involved in your Cooperative.
There is a social atmosphere surrounding the Annual Meeting.
Prior to the start of business, Sam Houston Electric Cooperative
personnel are on hand to meet members, distribute information
and serve refreshments. The Annual Meeting typically includes
reports on the operation of the Cooperative and the election
of directors.
The Cooperative also takes this opportunity to show its appreciation
for member participation in the Annual Meeting by awarding
prizes. Members who are unable to attend are encouraged to
participate by returning a completed proxy card.
The Annual Meeting of Members is held the
second Tuesday in November at the Alabama-Coushatta Tribe's Multipurpose
center. The meeting begins at 2:30 pm, but come early and
enjoy visiting with other members. Hope to see you there!
