Sam Houston EC delivers energy to East Texas over more than 6,000 miles of distribution lines and 120 miles of transmission lines.
Headquarter offices are located in Livingston, Texas, with branch offices in Coldspring and Woodville. Livingston and the surrounding areas offer a wonderful quality of life.
