- If you are using internet explorer, go to the tools menu and click on the internet options.
- Click on the Advanced tab and then scroll down security section to check the following SSL 3.0, TLS 1.0, and TLS 1.1 leave the others blank. That will allow you to view anything that is written in those forms. Once that is done click apply.
