Running out of time to mail your electric bill payment? Well, now you can pay your Sam Houston EC bill with “Check by Phone.” It’s fast and easy. There’s no check to write, and no waiting for the mail to deliver your payment. Simply call a Member Services Representative at your local branch office, and we’ll take care of the rest!

To authorize your Sam Houston EC account to allow payment with check by phone, simply fill out the Check by Phone Agreement PDF and return to Sam Houston EC.
