When you qualify for the Deferred Payment Plan, you can pay your electric bill in installments.

If you maintain a payment record with no more than two termination notices during the preceding 12 months, Sam Houston Electric Cooperative will offer you, upon request, a deferred payment plan which allows you to pay an outstanding bill in installments.
