A local group of Cub Scouts visited the Sam Houston Electric Cooperative Woodville office on Monday, October 29.
The cub scouts, consisting of boys in grades 1 to 3, had an opportunity to tour the office, watch a line technician climb a utility pole, see a bucket truck in action, and get a close-up view of machinery.
The Cub Scouts also viewed a presentation about Sam Houston EC, learned about the electric cooperative business, had a chance to ask questions, and visited with several employees.
