Sam Houston Electric Cooperative is preparing for the winter storm and we encourage our members to do the same.
For the safety of our members and employees, our three office lobbies will be closed on Tuesday, Jan. 21 due to freezing weather and potential road closures. As always, crews will be on call to respond to any power outages.
Sam Houston EC offers many automated services. Members can use their mySamHouston app or call (888) 444-1207 to report an outage. Members can also use the app, the Sam Houston EC website or call (800) 458-0381 to pay a bill or complete other account services.
