We are deeply saddened to announce that Mr. Arnold Ursprung, who has served on Sam Houston Electric Cooperative’s Board of Directors since 1979, passed away Sunday morning. Ursprung resided in Rye, where he represented the counties of Hardin and Liberty on the Board of Directors.
