Sam Houston Electric Cooperative offices will be closed Monday, December 26, and Monday, January 2 in observance of the holidays. As always, crews will be on call to respond to any power outages.
Members still may access many of our services through our mySamHouston app. Both tools allow members to monitor electricity consumption, check account balances, and place service requests.
Members also can access account information through our toll-free number, (800) 458-0381, with their account number.
If you experience a power outage, please report it by calling (888) 444-1207, or reporting it on the App.
