Sam Houston EC Earns ACSI Score of 86

Sam Houston EC Earns ACSI Score of 86


For the third quarter of 2014, the employees of Sam Houston Electric Cooperative have achieved an American Customer Satisfaction Index score of 86.

According to Anneliese Oppenheim, CEO of Oppenhiem Research, “Sam Houston EC’s third quarter scores look great and are the same as the previous quarter. SHECO seems to be very consistent in its customer service, and these scores testify to that.”

By comparison, local investor-owned utilities earned scores of 76 and 81. The average score for all electric cooperatives is 81.
