A local group of Cub Scouts visited the Sam Houston Electric Cooperative Woodville office on Monday, October 29.
The cub scouts, consisting of boys in grades 1-3, had an opportunity to tour the office, watch a line technician climb a utility pole, see a bucket truck in action and get a close up view of machinery.
The cub scouts also viewed a presentation about Sam Houston EC, learned about the electric cooperative business, had a chance to ask questions and visited with several employees.
