Sam Houston Electric Cooperative is updating internal systems which will temporarily cause some delay in electricity usage data reaching the Co-op.
The meters will still accurately record electricity consumption, and once the update is complete, the data will be transmitted to the Cooperative.
Usage information on mySamHouston will show estimated electricity consumption during this time, based on historical usage from your account. Once your meter reconnects to the system, the actual electricity consumption will be reflected, and any difference between actual consumption and the estimated consumption will be calculated.
We encourage myPrePay consumers to watch their accounts over the next few days and note that the consumption may be out of sync until the up-to-date reading is recorded.
