Sam Houston Electric Cooperative’s mySamHouston mobile app provides valuable features that help our consumer-members conveniently manage their account, from billing and payment information to detailed usage analysis.
On October 28, the Co-op rolled out a new upgrade for the mySamHouston mobile application that helps members access the features they need quickly and efficiently.
“When you open the app, you’ll be able to see your usage analysis right up front or can contact us with the click of a button right from the home screen,” said Communications Specialist Rachel Frey.
Outage and billing alerts will also be displayed right on the home screen, making it easy for Sam Houston EC to communicate important information with you. Billing and other features are available in a new condensed menu.
“We hope this update will provide a more user-friendly and efficient experience for our member-consumers,” Chief Communications Officer Keith Stapleton said. “All of the features our members love about mySamHouston will still be available, just with a refreshed look and an enhanced user experience.”
Sam Houston EC members can download our mySamHouston app today by searching for “mySamHouston” in their favorite app store. It’s available for free in the Apple App Store and as an Android App via Google Play.
