Cooperative offices will be closed Dec. 24–25 and Jan. 1, 2019. As always, Sam Houston EC crews will be on call to respond to any unexpected power outages while our offices are closed.
Cooperative members still may access many of our services through our mySamHouston smartphone app and on SamHouston.net. Both tools allow you to monitor your electricity consumption, check account balances and place service requests. You also can access account information through our toll-free number, 800-458-0381, with your account number.
If you experience a power outage, please report it by calling 1-888-444-1207.
