Sam Houston Electric Cooperative crews have restored power to approximately 5,000 members since Harvey’s arrival in the area on Saturday.
Cooperative line technicians are currently working to restore power to the remaining 2,600 members without service. San Jacinto, Montgomery and Liberty Counties have received the most damage.
Please treat any downed power lines as though they are energized, and stay a safe distance away. Call the Cooperative to report downed power lines at 888-444-1207.

Sam Houston EC crews will continue working to restore power, and additional contractor crews are being brought in to assist.
