Last night’s weather was not kind to our service territory. Tremendous progress made yesterday during #HurricaneHarvey restoration was hampered by additional wind and rainfall. As of 10:30 this morning, more than 4,600 members are without power, primarily in Hardin and Tyler Counties today.
