Members still may access many of our services through our mySamHouston app or on SamHouston.net. Both tools allow members to monitor electricity consumption, check account balances and place service requests.
Members also can access account information through our toll-free number, 800-458-0381, with their account number.
If you experience a power outage, please report it by calling 1-888-444-1207, or reporting it on the App.
