Life is busy and managing bills can feel complicated, but with the updated mySamHouston web portal, it won’t be.

“Sam Houston EC is updating the mySamHouston web portal to improve its usability for our consumer-members,” said Ricky Harrell, chief member services officer.

The mySamHouston web portal and mobile app keep members informed about how and when they consume electricity. Worrying about surprising bill amounts can be stressful. When you know how your home uses electricity, you can make money-saving decisions about your account.

“Members can also set up alerts by text message or email about the status of their electric service or when a bill is available,” Harrell said.

mySamHouston gives you control over your account by providing the right information at the right time so you can make the right decisions about your account.

“You can access the same information on our mySamHouston mobile app as well,” Harrell said. “For information on how to download our free, secure app from the Apple or Google Play stores, visit our website.”

Members having issues logging into the new portal can press Ctrl+Shift+Delete and the web browser will pop up a box allowing you to clear your cache.
