Sam Houston Electric Cooperative is providing a new tool for members to stay in the know about their account. Through their mySamHouston online account, members can set up email, text message or phone call alerts.
To set up an alert, sign up for a mySamHouston account at www.samhouston.net or log in to an existing account. On the left side of the screen select the option titled “Notifications.” Follow the prompts to set up new notifications.
Notifications will remind members when their bill is due and when their invoice has been processed.
