Consumer-members should also notify Sam Houston Electric Cooperative of life sustaining equipment at their location. A letter detailing the equipment at your home is required from your doctor each year. The letter can be faxed to (936) 328-1244.
When you notify us, we will enter the information in your account file. If your situation changes and the equipment is no longer needed, please notify Sam Houston EC so that we may keep your account file up to date.
While this alert will notify us that a condition exists at the location, it will not prevent the account from being subject to disconnection for non-payment if the bill becomes delinquent.
